SkillsNET® Job Analysis Process Electrifies Stuart C. Irby Company after Merger with Sonepar

SkillsNET's SkillObject Designer® workforce optimization tool was a key factor in getting organizational changes under control at Stuart C. Irby Company after they merged with French electrical material provider Sonepar, according to Irby President Mike Wigton.

The Irby organization, one of the nation's leading electrical distributors, used SkillObject Designer to conduct job analysis for various positions in branch operations, sales, inside sales and management. SkillsNET methodology was cited as a key factor in successfully managing all the organizational changes that occurred in the company after the merger.

Stuart C. Irby Company has over 650 employees in over 40 locations that service customers in utility, commercial, industrial and residential sectors through multiple locations, with U.S. operations based in Jackson, MS. Irby recently merged with Sonepar, the world's largest electrical distributor and an $8 billion dollar international organization based in France.
