WAXAHACHIE, TX May 2, 2006 -

A teaming agreement to pursue workforce analysis capability with modeling and simulation efforts for DoD, Federal, and commercial endeavors has been created between SkillsNET and RTR Technologies LLC, according to SkillsNET Founder and CEO Michael Brown. The team effort seeks to integrate Human Systems Factors with SkillObject® data in order to build "what-if" scenarios for workforce predictability and optimization.

Founded in 2003, RTR Technologies LLC is a Maryland-based company that provides data simulation and modeling services and performs analyses on a wide range of data collected by conducting on-site surveys. The company's models and analyses are used throughout the United States government to help officials make better and more cost effective decisions, according to the company website.

The company was recently named a finalist in the running for the 2005 Maryland Incubator Award. Maryland Incubator Company of the Year Awards recognizes the achievements of current and graduate companies within Maryland's incubators.

About SkillsNET
SkillsNET provides a revolutionary tool suite and consulting service, which allows enterprises to rapidly capture work, worker, and workplace skill data elements (SkillObjects®) and their relationship to performance. The SkillsNET methodology allows employers to capture their workforce environment through web-based applications with minimal worker and capital investment. Highly trained Skills Analysts and Industrial and Organizational Psychologists, available on-site or via phone, assist the employee and employer through the data collection process. At the end of the process, employers receive a detailed analysis of the skill base required in their workforce, the level of skill in the current workforce, and the performance standards needed to operate in today's dynamic environment. SkillsNET methodology is aligned with the Department of Labor O*NET taxonomy. For additional information please visit www.skillsnet.com.
