Analyst Certification is a process by which employees from your organization are
trained to actively participate in the development of SkillObjects®. In addition, the certification
provides analysts with the experience and understanding included with the aspects
of job classification and analysis. Becoming a Certified Skills Analyst grants you
proprietary knowledge and expertise required to understand advanced concepts
of workforce analysis and effectively utilize SkillsNET’s® web-based Job Task Analysis
process.
As a Certified Skills Analyst you will take a significant role in defining SkillObjects® for jobs within your organization, and serve as primary point of contact for SkillsNET’s Certified Skills Analyst.
Since the Skills Analyst Certification program’s inception in 2002, SkillsNET has certified over 400 Skills Analysts. SkillsNET’s knowledgeable and experienced training staff continues to create and deliver effective training and innovative programs specifically designed to support SkillsNET’s Job Task Analysis process and related trends in workforce analytics.
